About Me

My name is Joey Buyske. By day, I am a middle school teacher in Billings, Montana, but I also have a passion for photography. I have been taking pictures my whole life (from disposable cameras to what I use now). Few things make me happier than taking a great photo and sharing it with someone. I started Buyske Photography to share this love with others and to convey that feeling.

Buyske Photography provides professional sports team, portrait, and real estate photography throughout Billings, Montana, and surrounding communities. From school athletics to travel leagues, we create team and individual images that families are proud to share.

 After 12 years of trying to convince my family to have family pictures taken, I finally persuaded them to take an afternoon to have them done! We decided on a more casual look and had them taken at Riverfront Park. Joey had wonderful ideas and suggestions for group and individual poses. We even had our dog, Max, included in them! We couldn’t be more pleased with how they turned out! Unlike other photographers, Joey’s sitting fee was VERY reasonable and he gave us all of the edited prints!
